Reduce the scope
Prioritise publishing, discovery, purchase and delivery over a broad creative-career ecosystem. A smaller first release can test a real exchange rather than simulate one.
01 · Independent product
Crazeal is a digital-product marketplace designed to help creative professionals in India turn useful work into discoverable, sellable products.
01 · The product
Creative students, freelancers and early-career designers can build a public profile, list digital products and track their earnings. Buyers can discover quality-reviewed resources, understand what they are buying and retain access after purchase.
02 · The question
Crazeal began with a broad ecosystem in mind. The first release needed a narrower question: can a creator publish, be discovered, sell and deliver a product reliably in one place?
03 · The decisions
The long-term opportunity includes portfolios, community, opportunities and multiple ways to earn. Phase 1 deliberately places the complete transaction loop ahead of that broader ambition.
Prioritise publishing, discovery, purchase and delivery over a broad creative-career ecosystem. A smaller first release can test a real exchange rather than simulate one.
Products first meet a quality and trust standard. Visibility can then respond to relevance and buyer behaviour—not simply the creator’s follower count.
Moderation, verification, refunds, support and creator payouts stay in structured manual workflows until the marketplace behaviour is worth automating.
The alpha and beta period carries no Crazeal platform commission. This lowers the joining risk while the product validates participation and transactions, not its final revenue model.
04 · What was designed
The Phase 1 design covers creator, buyer and operational journeys—because a marketplace is only credible when the awkward states are considered as carefully as discovery.

05 · How it will be tested
The product is being prepared to test whether creators will list, buyers will trust an unfamiliar seller, and a purchase can be completed and supported without breaking the experience.
The consequential marketplace signal is cross-creator discovery: whether a buyer arriving for one creator explores and purchases from another. That is the difference between isolated storefronts and a functioning marketplace.
06 · Current state
Crazeal is in Phase 1 design and pre-launch execution. The product architecture, user journeys and principal interface screens have been designed and reviewed.
It has not yet produced public marketplace results. This case study documents the product decision and the system prepared to test it—not a validated marketplace outcome.
